CAIETF.Finance is a tokenized cryptocurrency ETF that seeks to balance risks and rewards by investing in assets at both ends of the risk spectrum. Operating as a hedge fund, CAI Investment Management LLC has been established in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) jurisdiction, leveraging a flexible, tax-neutral low-cost fund vehicle with a corporate personality. This structure allows for a closed-end investment vehicle that can adapt to changing market conditions.

The CAI Fund portfolio employs a barbell investment strategy, combining exposure to SAFE assets and high-risk AI BOT trading with big payoff potential. Utilizing artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art trading bots, the team takes calculated risks on complicated trades, executing orders in seconds through sophisticated trading algorithms and big data mechanisms. At least 50% of the available funds will be held in BUSD, a 1:1 USD-backed stablecoin approved by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), issued in partnership with Paxos.

The CAI team aims to bring increasing wealth to token holders, rather than amassing profits for creators or founders. With a focus on providing liquidity within DeFi platforms like PanCakeSwap, the fund's BUSD holding helps stabilize the value of the token. The other 50% will be used for active crypto trading to make profits directly. CAIETF.Finance is poised to capitalize on market fluctuations, with an expected return rate of 80% annually and a low annual fee of only 2%.
